Payment Terms:
Buyer makes 25% T/T payment upon issued Proforma invoice to cover
- IM duties
- Logistics and transport
- Packaging- Shipment fees
30% upon tracking information of shipment and 45% balance after arrival of goods at destination port/address.
Guarantee on payments or advance payments made:
- Products will be supplied as per buyer specification
- All payments are refundable if product reaches not as per agreed time due to delay in transit time and buyer discontinues order
- All payments made are refundable to buyer if buyer cancels order
- All payments are made to our company account with Letter of Guarantee with company letter head issued by our lawyers to each costumer as per received advance payments.
N/B:
It should be noted that any invoice value not up to USD/EUR 1,000 will be sent only using either our MTN MOBILE MONEY DETAILS or BITCOIN WALLET (BTC), this is to reduce the tax rates for smaller amounts into our main company’s account.
Only invoice amounts above USD/EUR 1000 will be sent to our Company’s Bank Account Details.
